Our International Sales Manager, Chris Rawnsley has recently returned from Israel where he spent time training and supporting the sales representatives from Neopharm on the key features and benefits of the Surgical Innovations product range.
This week he conducted a webinar to provide support to 25 representatives from 6 countries, updating and training the sales teams.
Cousin-Biotech also arranged for their new Marketing Manager to visit the UK this week and take part in an extensive training session covering all of the products in the range.
Continually developing the knowledge of our sales network ensures that our customers all around the world are kept up to date with the latest news and developments. Sharing information across the network provides us with relevant feedback from surgeons and theatre staff, keeping our design teams in touch with the end user. It is a pleasure to be working so closely with our distribution network on such a regular basis.
