Last month, Surgical Innovations’ Head of Global Sales travelled to Frankfurt, Germany for the 25th annual congress of the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery (E.A.E.S). The E.A.E.S congress brings together businesses from all over Europe, hoping to showcase their latest advances in endoscopic technologies and build lasting relationships with new and existing partners.
Europe is Surgical Innovations’ 2nd largest market (after the USA), making E.A.E.S a vital congress for exposing established product lines to new partners throughout Europe.
Europe has a matured market, which has been established for over 15 years. However, a recently shift in the market climate has made it particularly important for Surgical Innovations to make themselves the ‘go-to’ supplier for laparoscopic instruments. The Brexit negotiations between the UK and Europe are already underway, and Surgical Innovations are confident that by cementing positive relationships throughout Europe – they can take advantage of any opportunities that may arise from the UK leaving the Union.
